RED BULL

DIRECTOR, creator marketing

April 2023 - Present

  • Oversee Red Bull’s National influencer & creator strategy, boosting brand reach, relevance, and growth. Since 2021, I have:

  • Lead the U.S. team in best-in-class influencer marketing, including creator identification, relationship development, education, product seeding, gifting, hospitality experiences, and program tracking.

  • Specialized in collaborating with Gen-Z stars like Ben Azelart, Demi Bagby, London Lazerson, The Dobre Brothers, and many, many more.

  • Turned Red Bull’s organic creator marketing program into a department, growing the team from 1 to 10 employees, standardizing and championing a new way of working within the company.

  • Onboarded, trained, and currently manage a field team of 7 Creator Marketing Managers, fostering strong collaboration and a supportive team dynamic.

  • Build and develop strategic playbooks, tools, and resources to ensure consistent premium execution of creator marketing across regional and field teams.

  • Collaborative team player with experience managing internal stakeholders in a complex organization and overseeing outside partners and agencies.

  • Create and present impactful quarterly business reports to executive leadership, showcasing program success, and progress, and advocating for resources.

SENIOR MANAGER, creator marketing

October 2020 - April 2023

  • Spearheaded Red Bull’s national influencer and creator strategy, establishing and scaling the organic creator marketing program from scratch, focusing on long-term relationships and authentic partnerships.

  • Established and built a network of on-brand, top-tier creators and influencers in sports and culture who credibly and authentically share their Red Bull experiences.

  • Developed standardized processes and workflows for identifying, engaging, and activating influencers, ensuring consistent and premium results, activations, and experiences.

  • Managed a CRM system to handle hundreds of active relationships, establishing data governance standards to create a company-wide relationship management solution.

  • Led end-to-end campaigns and projects, coordinating social, communications, event marketing, legal, and finance teams for timely execution.

  • Planned & executed high-impact events and opportunities to host top-tier influencers, inclusive of holistic hosting elements and emphasizing hospitality, experience, and shareable moments.

  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing large budgets, and utilizing Creator CRM systems.

  • Define, execute, and support creative integrated National communications strategies that build awareness of Red Bull's music projects, events, and artists* across editorial, social media, paid media, and owned channels.

  • Projects include Red Bull Music Festivals, Red Bull Presents, Red Bull Radio, Red Bull Music Academy, Red Bull Sound Select, and others.
